A small town far far away🌪‏

So this week was super great! I know i say this every time... but
where the heck does the time go. I literally feel that not enough time
has even happened for me to have anything to write in a letter. It's
out of control. Anyways, this week was (wait for it) awesome! I
learned so much this week. I was able to go out to this small town
down in southern Kansas and interview this 11 year old for baptism. I
love giving baptism interviews because you can see how pure their
testimonies are. They are generally pretty nervous but its so awesome
because for the first time in this life they can bare their
testimonies of the restored gospel. She was awesome, and while her
family wasn't members, her best friend was and she knew that was
exactly what she wanted. I love the gospel! And we went to her baptism
on Sunday and her 12 year old friend gave a talk on baptism and holy
cow is it so cool to hear the testimony of one so young. So I had to
do this long drive down to Wellington Kansas and the whole way there
is fields and cows and flat and its pretty nice to get out of the
"big" city.

Other then that we had some pretty cool lessons this week. We met with
one of our investigators at the church who also brought her niece and
her other friend and we had a great discussion on the need for
priesthood authority. and the coolest part was our investigator was
actually teaching part of the lesson to her family! It was pretty
cool! We gave talks in church this week which was fun, I gave a talk
based on President Eyring gave this last priesthood session "You are
never alone in the work" I definitely learned some great things!

This week is transfers week. I am staying here, but my companion is
going to Salina. He is pretty awesome, going to miss him fo sho, but
Elder Brasher is going to be my new companion. I don't know him all
that well, but we have been on the MLC (mission leadership council)
together for about 8 months now so I have talked with him quite a bit,
never just like personally.

Anyways, life is still great, Kansas is still the best!

Love you all!
